The book Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry Based Metabolomics in Food Science was recently published in Springer Protocols—a culmination of years of food metabolomics research featuring a large variety of samples, including tropical bioproducts.

Associate Professor Sastia Prama Putri was featured in Women of Metabolomics of Metabolomics, the official journal of the Metabolomics Society, as one of the female leaders in the metabolomics field. She was one of only five scientists from Asia that was featured.
Assoc. Prof. Sastia Prama Putri hopes to inspire and empower the next generation of metabolomics researchers as the field continues to grow.
